As someone that has a background of using industry level software like Maya and 3DSMax I’ve always had my doubts about Blender. Not only because it’s Opensource but mostly because of its incredibly confusing interface and strange workflow philosophies. I could however be very wrong as I’ve only given Blender a couple of minutes of my attention. I might have been right about Blender a couple of years ago, but have you seen what they’ve been doing lately!?

You get to ask the question “Why AIR?”, “Why Flex?”, “Why Flash?” “Why Coldfusion?” “Why Actionscript?” etc… Simply upload to youtube and use the tag “30onair”. I think its a great oppurtunity to hear what everyday people have to say about these really awesome technologies.
